Our shipping policy is very straight forward.

We ship the next business day with the USPS and will send you a email confirmation with tracking.

Generally, you should have your Jawbrace within two or three days depending on your area code.

Currently the Jawbrace is only available in the domestic United States.  We have shipped overseas but due to customs issues and shipping costs, it can be expensive to get one.  If you would like to get a custom quote for international shipment please contact us.

Our return policy is simple and straight forward. If you don’t like your Jawbrace, just send it back within 30 days for a refund. It is worth noting that a small fee of 1.50 to 2.00 will apply that is charged by PayPal and Stripe.  This only applies to refunds and not the purchase price.

We use PayPal for shipping and tracking purposes but the main reason is for YOUR peace of mind.  In short, it’s really in YOUR best interest.

Not only is it convenient, it also gives you peace of mind that you’re not sending your credit card information to a website. PayPal eliminates that worry by adding their levels of security. Only “confirmed” transactions are processed and I never see your credit card number.

Also, the data is encrypted for extra level of protection against fraud and identity theft. Nothing is completely risk-free—glitches and data breaches are possible anywhere. But PayPal is a reputable company with enough security and consumer protection in place to keep you relatively safe online.

You can still use your credit card as you normally would but you get added levels of security that is offered with PayPal and it doesn’t cost you anything. It’s stacking the deck in your favor.

The jury is still out on this one because the exact cause of a person’s TMJ disorder is often difficult to determine. So in the best interest of your health and welfare, the Jawbrace would not be recommend.

Although in most cases, the pain and discomfort associated with TMJ disorders is temporary and can be relieved with self-managed care or nonsurgical treatments, we don’t have enough information to guarantee that it is safe to use the Jawbrace if you have TMJ.

Sleep apnea is a medical condition that should be treated by a medical professional with a medical degree.  The Jawbrace is designed to be a better snoring solution for people that don’t like putting plastic in their mouth to stop snoring.

Not at all.  If you would like to clean your Jawbrace, simply put it in your laundry and allow to air dry.  Putting your Jawbrace in the drier would risk changing the shape due to high heat.  The cotton stockinette dries quickly but the Velcro straps will take longer.

So many products use over-the-top packaging with plastic bags, twist ties, box tape, bubble wrap, etc.  The reality is that this “soon to be forgotten” packaging winds up in our landfills and oceans.  The Jawbrace will come to you in a brown shipping envelope.  This “product over packaging” approach is not only eco-friendly but also keeps the price low to help a broader audience.

The short answer is no.  The Jawbrace covers neck sizes from 14 inches up to 19 inches. 

The most popular sizes are Small (15 to 16″), Medium (16 to 17″) and Large (17 to 18″).  Due to requests for outside of that, the Jawbrace now covers one size smaller and one size larger.
